AgencyAnalytics is the default white-label dashboard for a lot of digital agencies. 80-plus connectors, a client-facing domain, a rank tracker add-on, per-client pricing. That model is rational if every client has five data sources and you already own Semrush or Ahrefs for the SEO work.
It is the wrong bill when the retainer is “audit, ads, report” and those three jobs currently live in Screaming Frog, Ads Manager, and AgencyAnalytics. Vensoro is built for that retainer, not for being the 80th connector.
Where AgencyAnalytics is stronger
- Connector catalog. We cover GA4, Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Lighthouse, Search Console. They cover a much longer tail.
- Rank tracking and backlink monitoring in the same login (paid add-on on their side).
- Years of agency-only UX. They have been this category. We have not.
Where Vensoro is the alternative
- The SEO audit is in the same workspace as the report. You are not exporting a crawl into a dashboard widget.
- Ad Studio drafts and publishes. The PDF can talk about ads you actually shipped this month.
- Pricing is by plan tier (Business to Scale), not $20 per client per month as a starting mental model. If you have 30 light clients, run the numbers both ways. Per-client wins for some books. Tier pricing wins for others.
- EU-hosted. Operator in Norway. Relevant if your clients ask.
Honest overlap
Both white-label the PDF. Both have a client portal and custom domain on higher plans. Both email on a schedule. If that is the entire RFP, AgencyAnalytics, Swydo, DashThis, and Whatagraph are the shortlist. We are on the shortlist when the RFP also says “stop paying for a separate audit tool and a separate creative workflow.”
Swydo is often the other AgencyAnalytics alternative, billed per source, with monitoring. We are not trying to beat Swydo on alerting. We are trying to collapse audit + ads + report.
Migration
You will reconnect OAuth. We do not import AgencyAnalytics dashboard widgets one-for-one. Agency and Scale include onboarding time. Start with one client, keep AgencyAnalytics running until the second monthly PDF looks right, then cut.
